Booking and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services booked through sensaspa.com or by contacting Sensa Spa directly, including bathhouse sessions, spa treatments, medspa procedures, blow dry bar appointments, and IV/wellness services.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. You will not be charged until after your service is completed, except for prepaid packages, memberships, or gift card purchases, which are charged at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Spa and Bathhouse ServicesCancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur a charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.Medspa ProceduresMedspa treatments (Botox, fillers, microneedling, PRP, RF, exosomes, laser, and similar procedures) require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.Group Bookings (4 or More Guests)Group bookings require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Group no-shows will be charged the full booking price.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give us the same notice required for cancellations (24 hours for standard services, 48 hours for medspa, 72 hours for groups). Rescheduling within the cancellation window will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, if your late arrival requires shortening the treatment, the full service price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of our team.

5. Memberships

Membership payments are processed on a recurring monthly basis. Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Unused monthly membership credits do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement.

6. Refunds

Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person at your discretion. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward a resolution. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sensa Spa management.
