3. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Online Bookings and Purchases

When you book a service or purchase a product, membership, or gift card through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All transactions are subject to our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSA SPA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
