Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. General

Sensa Spa gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Sensa Spa LLC and may be purchased through sensaspa.com or at our Wynwood, Miami location. Gift Cards can be redeemed for any service, product, or membership offered by Sensa Spa.

2. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed in person at our facility or applied to online bookings where applicable. To redeem, present the Gift Card code at the time of booking or check-in. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3. Expiration

In accordance with Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.95), Sensa Spa gift cards do not expire. The full value of the Gift Card remains available for redemption indefinitely.

4. Fees

No dormancy fees, service fees, or inactivity fees will be charged against the balance of any Gift Card.

5. Balance

If the cost of a service or product exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted form of payment. Any unused balance after a transaction will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Sensa Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If you can provide proof of purchase and the Gift Card number, we may be able to issue a replacement at our discretion.

7. Non-Transferable Promotions

Promotional Gift Cards received as part of a marketing offer or event may have different terms, including expiration dates and usage restrictions, which will be disclosed at the time of issuance.
